Mallory & Nick’s Walden Chicago wedding day was a great ride of laughter and tears.

With her megawatt smile, Mallory lit up every moment. Her brightest smiles were saved for her sweet Bernedoodle puppy and her hubby. I’m actually not sure who got her biggest smile.

The doggie Walden wedding getting ready suite was a buzz with flower girls laughs, fuzzy slippers and champagne pops. While taking portraits, her pup made the scene and stole the show. Once Mallory was in her dress and the fuzzy slippers were replaced with delicate wedding shoes, it was time to see her nervous groom.

Mallory & Nick are a perfect couple because they compliment each other so well. The bride was all smiles for their first look and the groom was all tears. While they exchanged private vows to each other, Mallory had to reach Nick’s because he was so emotional he couldn’t get through them without crying.

Gorgeous Union Station wedding photos were the first stop before braving the chilly Chicago weather.

Wedding days can certainly be unpredictable and sometimes you have to roll with a spontaneous plan. With the rain starting to drizzle, the couple wanted some cool bar photos with their wedding party. A crowded bar foiled that plan, but luckily the rain was slowing down and we made q quick spontaneous stop at the riverwalk. A little rain was not going to get this party down!

After their sweet ceremony, the couple wanted to practice their first dance before the big moment. With a Dirty Dancing style lift planned, they were a little nervous to pull it off. But pull it off they did! Perfection! With 3 brothers and a sister toasting the groom, the speeches were charming moments of laughter and sentimental. A rooftop champagne pop with the happy couple and it was time for dancing fun!
