Tegan & Ely’s charming Elawa Farms wedding day was filled with sunshine, love and amazing farm fresh food.
From her delicate flowered shoes to the hand drawn matchbooks, every detail of their wedding day said charming and lovely. Underneath the towering trees lining the vineyard walkway, Tegan walked towards her groom. The happy couple shared the sweetest first look moments.
Elawa Farms is the perfect venue for an intimate outdoor wedding. Saying I do in the vineyards, sipping cocktails in the courtyard and a fab dinner reception. But the most amazing part of the sweet dinner reception is the food! Farm to table, the menu was incredible.
The sweetest I do’s followed by an outdoor dinner under the tea lights.
“What some don’t know is Ely likes to write and every love letter I’ve ever gotten I have saved. Weather it’s a small note, a full page or a sticky note on the counter, I have them all. When looking for inspiration for my vows, I pulled them out and began reading through them. Everyone of them reminding me of a time, a moment a glimpse into the past and the future us. The running joke between us is I have never replied to his love letters. So, as I write these words, I consider this my most important letter to you.”
At their intimate dinner reception, Tegan & Ely danced their first dance, cut the cake, cheered to lovely toasts and had their own version of the hora. A champagne pop under the tea lights was the perfect way to end their celebration.
